Rune has been an industrial PhD student, collaborating with Typhonix, the University of Agder and the Research Council of Norway. Through his project, he has developed control methods to automatically and continuously optimize the droplet growth in Typhonix Coalescing pump and has shown that his methods can be used to maximize the separation efficiency of a downstream hydrocyclone.
